Matrix Stampi starts its activities in 2001 in Osimo (Italy), as Company specialized in the design and production of thermoplastic injection moulds and high precision mechanical machining.

HIGH TECH - HIGH PRECISION MOULDS
Matrix Stampi designs and produces high tech – high precision moulds for presses up to 1500 tons.
- Pre-series 1 cavity moulds: useful to the customer to reduce the time to market, analyze in deeper details the article to identify possible modifications, produce small validation batches and receive the market response. The service allow the customer to use the pre-series mould directly onto his production lines.
- Production mould, multi-cavity – high productivity
Matrix Stampi can also produce multi-material moulds for components with specific technical or aesthetic requirements.
Matrix high quality level allows the customer to decide whether following several product development steps (mock-up, prototype, laboratory tests, pre-series, production) or, in case of urgent projects, to proceed directly with the realization of high production moulds.
Every mould is supplied with drawings, certification of the materials used together with the thermal treatments, and the dimensional report of the items obtained.
Matrix Stampi is also structured to make modifications on moulds supplied by the Customer.
