Once the mould working principle is defined and agreed with the customer, the detailed 3D design, giving the overall view before the CNC machining, is carried out, allowing the customer to identify and require possible modifications and quick corrections.

All components are machined into modern CNC equipment, and after having measured all their dimensions they are assembled and polished.
